Membership Application
Signing a membership application and becoming a full member affords you extended rights and privileges. These include being permitted to attend certain Association events, such as the annual Members’ Day Lunch, Children’s Christmas Party, Spring and Fall Education Seminars, and the Annual General Meeting. In addition, only signed members are entitled to vote in affairs of the Association and to hold office. However, by law, ratification and strike votes are open to all members, regardless of whether or not they have signed a membership card.

If you are returning it electronically, you have two options:
- Fill out the form, print and sign it for you and your witness (if available) and then scan and submit through email.
- Use a Digital ID (if using Adobe Acrobat / Reader) to sign it for you and your witness (if available). If you are unsure about obtaining or using a Digital ID, please refer to the Adobe Acrobat / Reader help page.
Please note: Due to the current work-at-home situations, AESES will accept forms with the member’s signature and with or without a witness’s signature.
