AESES Fitness Prize Pack

To help members kick off their fitness journey, in celebration of our new discounts on fitness memberships, AESES has a giveaway for 12 prize packs!

Each prize pack contains a shaker bottle, a 5-day pass to Shapes Fitness Centres, AESES merchandise, including a drawstring sport pack and a toque to wear during your winter runs! You don’t need to sign up for a fitness centre membership to enter.

The giveaway is open to all AESES members, and your odds of winning the random draw depend on the number of entries received.

The giveaway closes on December 12, 2025.

AESES is affiliated with the Confederation of Canadian Unions (CCU).

AESES' Charter Meeting was held in December of 1972.

We offer bursaries for AESES dependents at both universities.

Anyone can attend a Board meeting by calling the AESES Business Office prior to the meeting and confirming their attendance.

AESES requires new volunteers for various committees. Please contact the Business Office if you are an AESES member interested in joining one of our committees.
