By accessing the AESES Members Only Area, members agree to the following Terms of Use:

  1. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Members Only Area password and account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their password or account.
    Members agree to:

    • Immediately notify AESES of any unauthorized use of the Member’s password or account or any other breach of security, and
    • Ensure that they exit from their account at the end of each session.

    AESES cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Member’s failure to comply with this provision.

  2. Members agree not to sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Members Only Area, use of the Members Only Area, or access to the Members Only Area.Members agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or copy, any portion of the Members Only Area, use of the Members Only Area, or access to the Members Only Area, without the prior express consent of AESES.
  3. Members agree that AESES in its sole discretion, may terminate a Member’s password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Members Only Area, and remove and discard any Content within the Members Only Area, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if AESES believes that the Member has violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use.

The site is provided by the Association of Employees Supporting Education Services (AESES), conditional on your acceptance of the terms and conditions of use set out here. By accessing, reading and making use of this site, you agree, on your own behalf and on behalf of any entity you may be representing, to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, you should not use the site.

AESES is affiliated with the Confederation of Canadian Unions (CCU).

AESES' Charter Meeting was held in December of 1972.

We offer bursaries for AESES dependents at both universities.

Anyone can attend a Board meeting by calling the AESES Business Office prior to the meeting and confirming their attendance.

AESES requires new volunteers for various committees. Please contact the Business Office if you are an AESES member interested in joining one of our committees.
