All seminars are delivered in person unless otherwise noted and have limited capacity. Waitlists will be available if necessary.

Cooking with Nancy – Samosa and Chai

Learn how to make this popular snack in India and the United Kingdom using herbs and spices. We only use natural ingredients, and you’ll be making it from scratch. During this workshop you will also experience Chai Indian Tea. With an ensemble of diverse herbs and spices from India you will learn how to prepare the most holistic cup of tea. You will leave knowing something rarely taught in schools. Bring a container to take home your finished meals.

*Please note that as of 2018, AESES implemented a policy that requires members to be signed as union members to participate in our education seminars. If you are not yet signed (or not sure) but are interested in attending, contact the AESES Business Office, and we can check and provide you with a membership form if needed.

AESES is affiliated with the Confederation of Canadian Unions (CCU).

AESES' Charter Meeting was held in December of 1972.

We offer bursaries for AESES dependents at both universities.

Anyone can attend a Board meeting by calling the AESES Business Office prior to the meeting and confirming their attendance.

AESES requires new volunteers for various committees. Please contact the Business Office if you are an AESES member interested in joining one of our committees.
