Fill Out Your Form: Children’s Christmas Party Registration
It’s slowly nearing that time of year – the one involving good cheer, time off, great food, and the fireplace channel on TV! What this also means is that its that time of year when the AESES Office begins accepting registrations from those wishing to attend our annual AESES Children’s Christmas Party.
This year’s party details:
Date: Sunday, December 2, 2018
Time: Between 1:00 and 4:00pm
Location: University of Manitoba’s Fort Garry Campus, in rooms 210-214 of the UMSU University Centre
Who can attend: AESES members, along with their dependent children who are aged 10 and younger, and a partner/spouse
Activities: Craft tables, games, bouncy structures, entertainment, and an appearance from Santa and his elves
Registration deadline: October 26, 2018
Complete the Event Registration Form and submit it to the AESES Office via:

This celebration is intended for dependent children, as AESES covers the cost of the event. Food will be available for purchase for children over the age of 10 and adults, although the primary focus of the celebration is for those aged 10 and younger.
Please Note: Members who register for the event will receive a confirmation email and confirmation number from us, once the registration deadline has passed, and which will indicate that their family has been successfully registered. Members need to bring the confirmation number along to the party, for admittance. If you don’t have a confirmation number, that means we don’t have you registered to attend.
